USMWF needs you to write a 1-2 page document telling your loved
ones story and how your life has forever changed. Please be
honest tell us your struggles through the good and the bad times and
how your life has forever be impacted all because your loved one went
to work that day.
We ask that you please include the
fine or the lack there of the company was fined due to the incident
that occurred that day.
We have a deadline of October 15, 2015

On occasion we will plan trips to Washington DC or other locations across the united states. When such an occasions occurs we will be alerted you here.
