Ken was killed on the job in September 2011 while working for Waste Management in Cocoa, Florida. He was killed when crushed between a car and a truck.

---- Ken was employed as a driver for Waste Management in Cocoa, Florida when he was killed while loading brush into the back of the truck. A car ran into the back of the truck wedging Ken between the car and truck, killing him instantly. The driver of the car was found guilty of speed, special circumstances and failure to use due care. She received a ticket for $169.00, a $1,000 fine and loss of license for six months. Ken leaves behind his loving wife, Kathleen, daughter Savannah, son Michael and his faithful dog Lucky.

Shon was killed on the job in September 2015 while working for Zito Media in York, Nebraska. He was killed after a rollover incident occurred after working multiple long shifts.

Jared was killed on the job in January 2012 while working for Southwest Airlines Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia. He was killed when he was hit by a “mobile lounge” passenger transport. Dodson died the next day at an area hospital from complications.
VOSH investigated the incident and no violations were issued. This case is closed.

Christopher was killed on the job in February 2007 while working for Intech in Antonio, Texas. He was killed when caught in auger.
Federal OSHA investigated the incident and proposed a $7,250.00 penalty. In an informant settlement the penalty was reduced to $3,500.00. This case is closed.

Corneilius was killed on the job in June 2014 while working for Doepke Farm in Washburn, North Dakota. He was killed when he was engulfed in grain.

Steve was killed in September 2003 while working for Kokosing Construction Co. in Heath, Ohio. He died when a trench collapsed on him.
Federal OSHA investigated the incident and assessed a $15,000.00 penalty for three serious violations. In an informal settlement the penalty was reduced $7,500.00 for one serious violations and one other than serious violation. This case is closed.
